Welcome to Malankara Palace Lake Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at the resort, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

General Policy

All guests are requested to present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. The management reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who fail to provide valid identification or violate resort policies.

Booking & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort. Advance payment is required to confirm bookings. Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice and may vary during peak seasons, weekends, or special events.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is up to 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on availability and may attract additional charges.

Occupancy Policy

The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the maximum occupancy mentioned at the time of booking. Extra persons may be charged additionally and are subject to resort approval.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the resort’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming their booking.

Child Policy

Children are welcome at the resort. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times, especially near the swimming pool, lake, and common areas.

Resort Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guests. Loud music, disruptive behavior, or activities causing inconvenience to others are strictly prohibited. The resort reserves the right to take appropriate action in such cases.

Damage & Loss

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Any loss or damage to personal belongings is the responsibility of the guest, and the resort shall not be liable.

Swimming Pool & Lake Area

Use of the swimming pool and lake-side areas is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. The resort is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the resort premises, except for infant food or medical dietary requirements with prior approval from management.

Alcohol & Smoking Policy

Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in accordance with Kerala state laws and resort guidelines. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms or non-designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.

Force Majeure

The resort shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.

Photography & Media

The resort reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken within the property for promotional purposes unless guests explicitly request otherwise.

Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. The resort is not responsible for discrepancies in pricing or policies communicated by third parties.

Management Rights

The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The decision of the management shall be final in all matters.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
