Reservation & Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or successful online payment confirmation.
- Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: 14:00 hrs
- Check-Out: 11:00 hrs
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Occupancy Policy
- Room occupancy is as per the selected room category.
- One infant (0–2 years) is allowed per room free of charge and not counted towards maximum occupancy.
- Extra adults or children may attract additional charges.
Payment Policy
- Advance payment is required to secure the reservation.
- Balance payment must be settled at check-in.
- Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online transfers (subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies vary based on rate plan, season, and promotions.
- Free cancellation, if applicable, must be made within the stipulated time mentioned during booking.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will attract charges as per booking terms.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior intimation will be treated as a no-show.
- The booking amount may be forfeited as per cancellation policy.
Amendment Policy
- Changes to booking dates, room type, or guest details are subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Date change requests during peak periods are not guaranteed.
Force Majeure
The resort shall not be responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural calamities, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel bookings due to policy violations or inappropriate behaviour.
